Because we ship consumable food products in wholesale quantities, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Defective Product

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Eligible claims are refunded or replaced at no cost.

Order Errors

If you received incorrect product, notify us within 7 days and we will make it right.
